FXCA Markets Review: Unlicensed Forex Broker, 1:2000 Leverage

FXCA Markets is a forex and CFD platform that publishes in Japanese, Chinese and English at fxca.com and promises 1:2000 leverage, a welcome bonus, a deposit bonus and instant crypto deposits. The "licence" section of the site, however, actually describes a company incorporation record.
📄 How Is a Company Registration Presented as a Licence?
According to the footer of the site, the platform is operated by FXCA Limited, which is said to hold a "St. Vincent FSA financial licence"; the number given is an international company registration number in the form "26670 BC 2022". The Saint Vincent authority has stated clearly that it does not license forex activity. The same page also says the platform is not regulated by Japan's Financial Services Agency, even though the content is offered in Japanese. FXCA Markets does not appear on the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions either.
🎁 1:2000 Leverage and the Bonus Package
- A leverage ratio at which a small price move can wipe out the whole balance
- Welcome and deposit bonuses that tie withdrawals to trading volume
- An option to deposit in cryptocurrency, which is hard to reverse
SPK announced in its decision No. 8/297 of 24 February 2017 that leveraged transactions carried out through entities established abroad are unauthorised.
