Seven Wonders (wondersfx.com) Review: Unlicensed Forex Broker

Seven Wonders is a platform that presents itself as "the world's safest MT4 broker" and offers forex, spot commodity and crypto CFD trading. Despite this bold slogan, the site does not say which authority granted a brokerage licence or under what number; it only states that the firm holds "local permits".
📄 A Company Registration Instead of a Licence Number
The domain wondersfx.com was registered on 11.10.2018. The footer of the site shows the name Seven Wonders International Limited, two addresses in Wan Chai and Tsim Sha Tsui, the company registration number 64135354 and the telephone +852 30697819. In Hong Kong, acting as an intermediary in leveraged foreign exchange trading requires a separate licence; the site refers to no such licence.
The Australian "authorised representative" registration mentioned for the platform is likewise not a brokerage licence in itself, and its connection with wondersfx.com cannot be independently verified.
⏳ What Happens When a Withdrawal Is Requested?
- On a withdrawal request, new documents such as a bank statement are demanded in addition to the identity document.
- The request is kept in the "review" stage for weeks.
- Account login is moved to different domains such as wondersfx.pro, which makes it unclear which company the investor has a contract with.
🔗 Other Platforms Presenting a Hong Kong Registration as a Licence
We have previously examined operations that present a company registration in Asia as assurance without giving a licence number.
- Range Markets: a forex panel inspiring trust with a Hong Kong addressTR
- WZG: an unlicensed trading screen behind an Asia-based company registrationTR
- New Spings Capital: corporate in appearance but unauthorised intermediationTR
🧭 How Does the Legal Process Proceed?
The SPK announced in its decision No. 8/297 dated 24.02.2017 that leveraged transactions carried out through institutions established abroad will be regarded as unauthorised activity.
- First, the status of the institution is verified through SPK recordsTR.
- The jurisdiction clause in the foreign company's contract and the validity of the arbitration clause for a Turkish investorTR are assessed.
- For the amount sent, a restitution and unjust enrichment claimTR may come into question.
