Trustprofitplus Review: Unlicensed Forex and Investment Plan Site

Trustprofitplus presents itself as an established brokerage offering forex, shares and crypto CFDs, yet in the middle of its home page it sells investment plans with a percentage "per trade". The domain trustprofitplus.com was registered on 5 December 2025, and the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published a warning on 21 July 2026 that the platform operates without authorisation.
📈 The "Per Trade" Return Plans
The site lists five plans with lower and upper limits: Beginner (16%), Basic (25%), Standard (2.5%), Business (3.1%) and a plan called "Test" (150%). Every plan repeats the same promises in the same pattern: "capital returned at the end of the term", "instant withdrawal" and 24/7 support. The profit rate is tied to the plan, not to the market, which shows that no real trading takes place; the balance on screen is only a figure written by the platform itself.
🔍 Claims on the Site and Findings
- Claims such as "subject to global regulation", "more than 40 international awards" and fund insurance of up to USD 1,000,000 are not supported by any licence number.
- The contact page lists nine "offices", including New York (11 Grace Avenue, Great Neck), London (1 Canada Square), Frankfurt, Zurich, Singapore and Tokyo.
- The address in the FCA warning is also 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf; the email address is [email protected].
- Copy trading and automated trading modules are added to the site to give users the impression of passive income.
- The Great Neck address and the plan template are repeated on other investment plan sites that entered the FCA list in the same period.

🧭 The Legal Process for Money Sent to Trustprofitplus
Collecting money from the public with a promise of fixed returns is unauthorised capital markets activity under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362. A platform appearing to be abroad does not prevent follow-up: the main steps are the routes for getting money back from a foreign firm, the possibility of a SWIFT recall for international transfers, and documenting the authorisation status of the firmTR.
