🎧 The Investment Tour Run Through a Call Centre
One number being used across sites with different names shows that, in schemes of this kind, the team in contact with the investor stays the same when the site changes. The representative first asks for a small entry deposit, then shows profit on the dashboard and, with an "account manager", steers the investor towards larger amounts; at the withdrawal stage, an extra deposit, tax or insurance fee is demanded.
⚖️ The Legal Position
Under SPK Board Decision No. 8/297 of 24.02.2017, intermediation in leveraged trading by foreign entities is unauthorised; Xannis is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK), and deception carried out over the internet can amount to qualified fraud under Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code. Authorisation status can be seen on the list of SPK-authorised brokerage firms.
