Dragon Leader Services Limited is a forex scheme that gives the impression of a corporate company through the "Limited" suffix and appears on lists of unauthorised intermediary institutions. No verifiable licence, office or permanent website can be seen behind its name.

🏢 What Does the "Services Limited" Name Tell Us?

In schemes of this kind, a foreign "Limited" company name is used in place of a real intermediary institution licence. The user opens an account on a panel and an "account manager" directs the investment; at the withdrawal stage, new payments are requested on grounds such as tax, commission or verification. The firm keeps changing its domain name to avoid detection.

⚖️ SPK Permission and Criminal Liability

Dragon Leader Services Limited does not appear in the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions. Article 109/2 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362 provides imprisonment and a judicial fine for anyone carrying out capital markets activity without permission.
