Fake Exxon Mobil Oil Investment Scam: Name Misused

Exxon Mobil is one of the largest energy companies in the world, and it has no platform in Türkiye that opens investment accounts for individual investors. Even so, at the end of May 2026 the company's name was cited in Turkish-language forex warning channels as the label of an investment trap.
🚩 The Promise Made in the Name of an Energy Giant
In schemes of this kind, the advertisement says that "assured" profit will be made from movements in oil prices or from the company's shares. The person is asked to fill in a short form, and then an "investment adviser" calls. The first deposit is shown growing quickly on screen; at the withdrawal stage, new payments are demanded in the name of tax, commission or account verification. We have also covered the commodity and oil investment schemeTR separately.
🔍 Records That Were Checked
Turkish-language addresses such as exxonmobilyatirim.com and exxonyatirim.com are not registered; the scheme uses the company name in the advertising text but offers the trading screen on unrelated addresses. The real company has no activity in Türkiye of opening accounts for investors.
