Global Stocks Vest Scam Warning: FCA Alert, Mismatched Email

Globalstocksvest.com is a platform whose name suggests global share investing, yet in its correspondence it uses an email address on a different domain, apexbloomstocks.online. The FCA published a warning on 20 July 2026 that the site offers financial services without authorisation. The fact that the site and the support address sit on different domains suggests the same infrastructure is being used under several names.

In short: Global Stocks Vest is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The platform collects money with the promise of share investment and runs its communication through another "stocks" domain. Claiming the transferred money back is legally possible.

🌐 Two Domains, One Support Address

The platform's contact details appear in the FCA record as follows:

  • Website: www.globalstocksvest.com (registered 17.02.2026, Cosmotown)
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Email domain: apexbloomstocks.online (registered 25.12.2025, NameSilo)
  • Stated address: 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB
  • FCA warning date: 20.07.2026

📈 How the Share Promise Works

In schemes of this kind the investor is shown a dashboard where shares of well-known US or European companies appear to be bought; in reality no real stock exchange order is sent, and the profit on screen is only a figure in the platform's database. At the withdrawal stage a "capital gains tax" or "account upgrade" fee is demanded, and the money stays locked.

Under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362, unauthorised capital markets activity is a crime, and Global Stocks Vest is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). A firm's authorisation can be seen on the list of SPK-authorised brokerage firms. Before investing, check whether a platform is authorised by the regulator in your own country (for example the FCA, ASIC or SEC).

Were the shares shown on the Global Stocks Vest dashboard really bought?

The platform is not authorised by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and was declared unauthorised by the FCA; in schemes of this kind the share positions shown on the dashboard are not based on any real stock exchange record.
