Tiered packages, a "fixed return per trade" and the return of the principal at maturity: infinitytrust invest places this triple promise behind the look of a forex and CFD platform. The UK financial authority, the FCA, has put infinitytrustinvest.com on its list of unauthorised firms.

📦 How Is the Package System Built?

The site says it offers CFD trading in currency pairs, stocks, indices, energy and cryptocurrencies, along with copy trading and automated trading. The real sales pitch, however, is made through packages called Starter, Platinum and Diamond: the higher the entry amount, the higher the fixed return promised "per trade".

• Sister sites: The same address and telephone number also appear in FCA records for firstradcapital.com, uclitetrd.com and stardomtrade.com.

⚖️ SPK Authority and the Legal Framework

infinitytrust invest is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); its name does not appear on the list of SPK-authorised intermediary institutions. The SPK Board Decision No. 8/297 of 24.02.2017 established that the activity of bringing investors in Türkiye together with an overseas institution for leveraged trading cannot be carried out without authorisation.
