Jaaims App Scam Warning: AI Stock Trading and ASIC Alert

Jaaims is a mobile investment app that claims artificial intelligence analyses stocks within minutes and trades automatically on the user's behalf. On 23 October 2026, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) added jaaimsapp.com, under the name "Jaaims App / Jaaims Technologies", to its investor alert list.

🤖 What Does the App Promise?

The website says a stock is analysed in 73 seconds, more than 250 data points are used, and "1,000 analysts are in your pocket". The user is asked to link their investment funds to the app and leave the trades to artificial intelligence. In "automatic investing" schemes of this kind, the main risk is that the user hands the decision entirely to a piece of software and cannot verify which licensed brokerage holds the funds.

⚖️ What Does the ASIC Warning Mean?

ASIC's alert list indicates that the scheme is suspected of operating in Australia without the required financial services licence. For Türkiye the picture is clearer: Jaaims is not authorised by the SPK and cannot act as an intermediary for stock trading for investors in Türkiye. Unauthorised capital markets activity carries a prison sentence under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
