KLMFX Scam Warning: Fake CySEC and ASIC Licence Claims

A licence certificate is the shortest route to convincing an investor. KLMFX is a forex scheme that gives the impression of a supervised broker by using the names of the Cyprus (CySEC) and Australian (ASIC) regulators, yet these claims are not supported by official records.

In short: KLMFX is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); the foreign licences it claims have no match in the relevant regulators' records. Claiming back money collected on the basis of a false licence claim is legally possible.

🚩 The Licence Claim and the Real Picture

KLMFX has presented itself as a broker regulated by CySEC and ASIC. However, the public records of these institutions contain no licence number or authorised company belonging to the brand. That the licence claim cannot be verified indicates that the platform operates without supervision.

🔍 Domain and Company Details

  • klmfx.org: does not respond on the date of our check, and no registration record is returned
  • klmfx.com: registered on 15 July 2015, with [email protected] used as the support address
  • The promotional material mentions the name OG Group LP, an Edinburgh registration and a head office in Bahrain

Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362 defines unauthorised capital markets activity as a criminal offence.

🔗 Other Operations With a Fake Supervision Story

Platforms that lean on the name of a real or invented supervisory authority are not the only example:

🧭 How Does the Process Work?

The first step is confirming the firm's status through an SPK licence searchTR. After that, the invalidity of the account opening agreementTR and, on the criminal side, the process from investigation to indictmentTR run together. ❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is KLMFX really licensed by CySEC and ASIC?

No. There is no match in these regulators' records for the licences claimed. Besides, a foreign licence does not replace an operating permit in Türkiye.

Are klmfx.org and klmfx.com the same operation?

The brand is mentioned under two different extensions; the .org address does not respond today, while the .com domain appears to have been registered since 2015. Switching extensions is common in schemes of this kind.

Do the Bahrain and Scotland addresses inspire confidence?

Showing addresses in different countries does not in itself mean supervision; what matters is whether a valid intermediary permit exists.

I am a KLMFX victim. What can be done?
