CF Group, which carries the name of a genuine financial services company registered in New Zealand, is a clone scheme offering forex trading through the address forexcf.com and a mobile app. Investors send money believing they are dealing with a regulated company, yet the operation in front of them has no connection with that company.

The method is that of a clone site that copies the name and registration details of a real institution. The site builds trust by claiming registration with both the UK FCA and the New Zealand FMA; none of these registrations belong to the platform.

The FMA has stated clearly that forexcf.com has no connection with CF Group Limited, which is registered with the FMA. Domain records show that the address was registered again in September 2026, which suggests that the address may have changed hands. The platform does not appear in the SPK list of authorised institutions; unauthorised capital markets activity is an offence under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
