Copyright, Corrections and Takedown

1. Copyright

The articles, analyses, summaries of court decisions, sample petitions, images and calculation tools on savun.av.tr are original works prepared by Savun Law & Consultancy (Savun Hukuk & Danışmanlık), a law office registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Copying them without permission, republishing them on another website or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, short quotations proportionate to their purpose may be made, provided that the source is credited and the page is linked. Bulk copying, automated scraping and republishing content in altered form are not covered by this permission.

2. Copyright and DMCA notices

If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including:

• your name and contact details (postal address, phone number and e-mail);
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material on savun.av.tr;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

Content on this site has been the target of false copyright complaints intended to remove legitimate consumer-protection articles. We review every notice, contest notices that are unfounded and file counter-notifications. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may create liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

3. Correction and removal requests

If you believe that content contains inaccurate or incomplete information about you, or infringes your personality rights, write to [email protected] with:

• your name or company name and contact details;
• the full URL of the page concerned;
• the passage you want corrected or removed, and your reasons;
• any documents supporting your request (such as a trade register record, a licence or a court decision).

Requests are reviewed and answered within a reasonable time. This procedure does not affect your rights of application under Turkish Law No. 5651 or other legislation.
