1. Purpose of the site
savun.av.tr is the website of the law office run by Attorney Veli Savun under the name Savun Law & Consultancy (Savun Hukuk & Danışmanlık), Istanbul. The site provides professional information in accordance with Article 55 of Attorneys' Act No. 1136 and Article 7 of the Turkish Bar Association's Regulation on the Prohibition of Advertising; it is not advertising. The practice areas listed on the site are not a claim of specialisation.
2. Nature of the content
Articles, summaries of court decisions, sample petitions, calculation tools and Q&A answers on the site are general information; they are not legal opinion or advice. Laws and case law change, and every case is assessed on its own facts. We take care to keep the content accurate, complete and up to date, but give no guarantee and accept no liability for actions taken in reliance on it. You should consult a lawyer before taking any legal step.
3. No attorney–client relationship
Using the site, or writing to us through a form, the pre-consultation assistant, e-mail or a messaging app, does not create an attorney–client relationship. Such a relationship is created only by a written engagement agreement and a power of attorney. 4. Reviews of companies and platforms
Articles about investment and financial platforms are compiled from publicly available sources, announcements of official authorities and user reports, in order to inform the public. They are not a final court judgment about any person or entity named. If you believe an article contains inaccurate or incomplete information about you, you can send a correction request with supporting documents as described on our Copyright, Corrections and Takedown page.
5. Q&A section
Questions you send may be published under your nickname after personal details are removed. Submissions containing insults, accusations of crime, personal data or advertising are not published. Published answers are general information.
6. External links and payments
We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the site. The online payment link takes you to the page of a licensed payment institution; your card details are neither seen nor stored by this site.
