Star Trade Finance Scam: Fixed-Return Plans and Crypto Mining

Star Trade Finance is a website that presents itself as the "number one investment platform" and promises returns that a bank could not offer. Alongside forex, stock and crypto trading, the site describes "next-generation crypto mining", with the promised return shown as between 20 and 50 per cent.
🔍 What Has Been Established
- Domain: startradefinance.net, registered on 2 June 2026, so only a few months old.
- Stated address: Farnham Lane, Farnham Royal, Slough (United Kingdom). The FCA has stated that it has not authorised this operation itself.
- Sales pitch: "over 10 years of experience" and "highly regulated analysts", claims that contradict a domain only a few months old.
🚩 How Does the Investment Plan Scheme Work?
On sites of this kind the investor is offered tiered "plans" according to the amount invested; profit is posted to the dashboard every day and buying a larger package is encouraged. At the withdrawal stage, a commission, a tax or a "plan upgrade" fee is demanded. The mining and forex story is used to give a technical appearance to the promise of fixed returns. Tesla Star Capital (tstarcapital.com)TR, which has a similar name, is a different operation.

🧭 The Legal Process for Victims
- It is established which exchange and wallet the money was transferred toTR, whether it was sent by crypto or bank transfer.
- The conduct is investigated as qualified fraudTR; Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code provides a heavier penalty for fraud committed through information systems.
- The claim is protected during the process that runs from the investigation to the indictmentTR.
