Blackswan Trading Scam: Clone of a UK-Authorised Firm

Blackswan-trading.com, which borrowed a real company's registry details and named itself "Blackswan Trading", is a clone site that takes on the identity of Black Swan Financial Services Ltd, a firm authorised in the United Kingdom. The British financial authority, the FCA, listed this site as a clone firm in July 2026.
🔍 The Difference Between the Real Black Swan and the Clone
The real firm is Black Swan Financial Services Ltd; its FCA registration number is 651982, its address is in Rownhams near Southampton, and it has no connection with the clone site. The clone, for its part, used the domain blackswan-trading.com and the email address [email protected]. The domain was registered in December 2025 and has since been suspended by the registrar. The clone scheme is not authorised by the SPK.
🚩 How Does the Clone Site Scheme Work?
- The real firm's registration number and address are displayed on the site, so when a user checks, the record turns out to be "correct".
- Communication, however, runs only through the clone's own email address and phone numbers.
- The investment is sent to accounts or crypto wallets that do not belong to the real firm.
This method is explained in detail in our article on clone sites of brokerage firms and banks. Under Decision No. 8/297 of the SPK, directing customers from Türkiye to leveraged trading is unauthorised activity.
🔗 Other Cases Run Through Clone Sites

🧭 The Legal Process
In clone cases the money flows to third parties rather than to the real company, so an asset searchTR is decisive; on the criminal side, the SPK review and criminal complaint processTR comes into play. For detailed information and legal support, you can contact Savun Law & Consultancy.
