FortressFX Scam: Forex and Gold CFD Price Slippage

FortressFX presents itself as a "licensed forex and CFD broker" and offers gold, oil, crypto and currency trading on MetaTrader 5. The problem that reaches the user is that orders on gold positions are executed at prices with no counterpart in the market, and that this difference is never explained.
🚩 How Is Price Slippage on Gold Trades Used?
In the reported case, two sell stop orders on the XAUUSD pair were filled well below the set level. In the same minute no similar gap appeared in the news flow or at independent chart providers. Support requests were closed without explanation, and no trade record or liquidity provider report was given.
- The allegation that orders are filled inside the platform (B-book) instead of being passed to the real market
- Price jumps that work only against the client and leave no trace in the market
- The trade log not being shared even though a ticket was opened

- Target audience: Deposits in Indian rupees via UPI, IMPS and Net Banking are emphasised; a "withdrawal in 2 minutes" promise is on the home page.

🧭 How Does the Legal Process Proceed?
- Determining the route a victim follows on the basis of the account history and order records.
- Assessing whether the foreign-law and arbitration clause in the contract is valid in Türkiye.
- Identifying the payment channels and carrying out the criminal complaint process.
