Artix Capital Scam Warning: Unlicensed Offshore Forex

Artix Capital is a platform that says it offers access to forex, share, commodity and crypto CFDs under the slogan "Axis to Success". What stands out is that the website's own footer openly admits the company holds no licence from any financial regulator; even so, users are steered towards depositing money by card, e-wallet and crypto.
🔍 Details Identified About Artix Capital
- Domain: artixcapital.com (registered in July 2023); client dashboard at my.artixcapital.com
- Company: Artix Capital Ltd, an international business company (IBC) in Saint Lucia with registration number 2023-00122. The website itself states that this company holds no financial services licence in Saint Lucia.
- Contact: [email protected] and the number +44 7822 018441, which looks like a UK line
- Products: account types called "Core, Edge, Elite" and "Coverage", the nTrader and MetaTrader 5 platforms, and the "Introducing Broker" and "White Label" partnership programmes
🚩 How Does the Offshore IBC Model Work?
A Saint Lucia IBC registration is a company incorporation document, not a brokerage licence. In schemes of this kind, client money goes to an unsupervised account, and trading results are produced on a server controlled by whoever runs the platform. Partnership programmes, in turn, pay commission to intermediaries who bring in new investors; this is a known set-up used to fund networks of "representatives" who make phone calls.
Offering leveraged trading to persons resident in Türkiye requires SPK permission. Artix Capital is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); the current list can be checked on the SPK page of authorised intermediary institutions. SPK Decision No. 8/297 of 24.02.2017 also treats bringing parties together in leveraged trading on behalf of overseas entities as unauthorised activity.
🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method
Artix Capital is not the only platform presenting a Saint Lucia or similar offshore registration as a "licence". We have covered schemes using the same model before:
- Bitpania: forex and crypto CFDs offered under an offshore registrationTR
- Slay4X: bonuses and blocked withdrawals in an unlicensed operationTR
- TX3 Markets Global: an incorporation certificate presented as a licenceTR
- Call centre operations that gather investorsTR
🧭 The Legal Process for Victims
- Who the money was transferred to, and through which channel, is determined; routes for getting money back from an overseas forex firm take shape at this stage.
- The criminal process is started; the criminal complaint process covers the allegations of unauthorised activity and fraud together.
- An asset investigationTR is carried out for the accounts the money reached.
