Cryptoslite Scam Warning: Now Operating as Passionvest

Cryptoslite ties investment returns not to the market but to the calendar: a package is chosen, its term runs out, and the profit is written in automatically. Which way the price moves in the market has no importance in this picture — and that is precisely the problem. The fact that the operation has recently been mentioned together with the Passionvest brand and the passionvest.com domain forms the second half of the picture.

In short: The name Cryptoslite now appears in records together with the Passionvest brand and the passionvest.com domain; that is, the same operation continues by changing its brand or opening a parallel one. The listing gives a London address, while the contact number has a US area code. Cryptoslite is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). For investors who have been in contact with the operation, a legal route is open.

🔁 The Second Name of the Same Operation: Passionvest

The record on the operation now carries not one name but three names together: "Passionvest / Cryptoslite / passionvest.com". In other words, the Passionvest brand and the passionvest.com domain have been added alongside the name Cryptoslite. Although this looks like a one-line addition, it is the most important piece of information about how the operation works.

It is not unusual for an investment firm to change its brand; but in an ordinary rebrand the old name is openly announced under the new one, contracts are transferred, customer records are moved and responsibility continues without a break. That is not what is seen here: the old name is shut down or goes quiet, and the same operation carries on under a new brand and a new domain. Because the record links the two names to the same operation, the connection has become visible.

This pattern has two practical consequences for an investor. First, the sentence "Cryptoslite has closed, the danger has passed" does not hold; the brand that closed is not the operation. Second, an offer that appears today under the name Passionvest may carry the very same scheme described under the name Cryptoslite. On platforms that continue by changing brand, the name is renewed and the skeleton stays the same: the same package logic, the same promise language and often the same contact channels.

It is also possible for the same operation to run under two parallel brands at the same time. In that case, when negative information spreads about one brand, traffic is moved to the other; an investor can be directed to the second brand without knowing that the two are the same operation. A name looking "clean" therefore does not mean that the operation behind it is clean.

🌐 Newly Identified Address and Contact Traces

The following details appear in the record for the operation:

  • Names: Passionvest / Cryptoslite
  • Address: Fleet Street, London, EC4Y 1HY, United Kingdom
  • Telephone: +1 512 893 3696
  • E-mail: [email protected]
  • Website: https://passionvest.com

The most visible inconsistency in this listing is between the address and the contact line. While a United Kingdom address is shown, the number given for contact has a US (Texas) area code. That the customer line of an entity saying it operates from an office in London belongs to the other side of the ocean shows that the address and the contact line do not point to the same place.

Fleet Street is historically known as a prestigious business address, and it is the kind of name such operations prefer: the address describes not where the activity is carried out but the impression that is meant to be produced. That the e-mail address is derived from the new brand (passionvest.com) rather than the old one shows that the operation has shifted its weight to the new name.

For Türkiye, none of these details is decisive. The only decisive criterion is this: Cryptoslite is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); including its appearance under the name Passionvest, it holds no authorisation that would allow it to provide investment services in Türkiye. The operation has been placed on the unauthorised-activity warning list of a foreign regulator; that entry gives the operation no status.

📊 Returns Tied to the Calendar, Not the Market

The packages offered by the platform are arranged like a ladder: at the bottom step a short-term, low-entry option, and as one climbs, longer terms and a higher promised rate. At each step the return is announced in advance and shown as fixed and assured.

This structure cannot exist in a real market. A system that commits to paying the same rate whether crypto asset prices fall or rise is producing its payouts not from trading but from newly arriving money. The shortness of the term is no accident either: it is designed so that a few early participants can withdraw small amounts without trouble, tell people around them that "it pays", and open the way for larger deposits.

This design is also directly tied to the change of brand. In a system where payments depend on new inflows, payment capacity runs dry when participation slows; what the operation can do at that point is leave the accumulated negative information behind and start again under a new name. The addition of the Passionvest brand next to the name Cryptoslite is the paper trace of this cycle.

🏷️ The Brand Name and the Address Do Not Match

The site presents itself as a crypto investment brand, but the web address it is published at is a domain made from an entirely different word with no connection to that brand. Moreover, in its promotional text the platform says on the one hand that it "trades actively in the forex market" and on the other that it "runs coin mining"; both claims stand side by side on the same page with no basis shown.

If the brand name, the address and the described activity do not confirm one another, what exists is not a corporate identity but a shell onto which any desired label can be stuck. That the only contact channel given is again an e-mail derived from this address shows that there is no address or legal-entity information behind it.

That a brand can be obtained independently of the domain name also means that the brand is portable. Indeed, the fact that the record ties two brands to a single operation shows that this portability is not an assumption but something that has already happened.

🎭 The Activity on Screen Is Manufactured

The home page carries a constantly scrolling "latest investments" table: foreign names, completed transactions, bank transfer notes. This table is not a live record but a display element placed to create in the visitor the impression that "others are here too, and they are getting paid".

The statements "deposit insurance" and "no possibility of loss" on the same page serve the same function. No assurance mechanism exists that removes the possibility of loss in crypto asset investment; any text announcing such an assurance is, by definition, contrary to the facts.

These display elements are largely preserved when the brand changes: the scrolling transaction table, the fixed-rate ladder and the assurance sentences are parts of the template. Seeing the same elements on a page met under a new name is the most concrete sign that the two brands were produced from a common source.

🛡️ Three Checks Before Investing

  • Any investment promise whose return is announced in advance as a fixed rate is treated as invalid until the source of that return is explained.
  • It is worth looking at whether the brand name and the web address come from the same root, and whether the same operation is also known under another brand name.
  • The name of an institution that will provide investment services in Türkiye can be verified from SPK's list of authorised institutions.

🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method

Selling fixed-rate packages, a brand structure that continues by changing names, and contact details that contradict the listing itself: these patterns are not specific to a single platform.

🧭 How Does the Legal Process Work for Victims?

The process begins with establishing that the operation is unauthorised in Türkiye. At the first stage the relationship is documented: correspondence, payment records, platform screenshots and, where they exist, captures of package or plan pages are gathered together. In cases involving a change of brand, keeping the documents of both names together is also important. How this compilation is done is covered in the path open to forex victims.

At the second stage the operation's authorisation status is established from the official register; how this is done is explained in SPK licence search and institution verificationTR. At the third stage the route the money took becomes important: following amounts transferred to crypto exchanges is examined in forex money transferred to a crypto exchangeTR, and the investigation aimed at identifying assets in asset investigation in investment fraudTR.

The course of each case varies with the documents available and the traceability of the money. For detailed information and legal support, you can contact Savun Law & Consultancy.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Are Passionvest and Cryptoslite the same operation?

In the record these two names, together with the passionvest.com domain, are tied to a single operation. This shows that the same operation continues by changing its brand or opening a parallel one.

If the old brand has closed, is the new brand safe?

No. What closed is a name, not the operation. On platforms that continue by changing brand, the package logic, the promise language and often the contact channels stay the same; the lack of authorisation in Türkiye does not change either.

What does it mean that a US number is used with a London address?

The address and the contact line not pointing to the same place shows that the details in the listing reflect not an actual place of operation but an impression meant to be produced.

Are the returns on Cryptoslite's term packages really assured?

No. Crypto asset prices move unpredictably; committing to a fixed, pre-announced rate regardless points to payouts being made not from trading profit but from money deposited by other participants.

My first small withdrawal went through without problems. Does that show the platform is reliable?

No. Small first payouts are entry-stage transactions made to persuade the participant towards a larger deposit, and they are a standard part of operations of this kind.

Does the investment feed on the home page belong to real users?

These tables are not based on any verifiable record; they are promotional elements placed to leave visitors with the impression of a busy user base that gets paid.

I am a Cryptoslite victim. What can I do?

Correspondence, receipts and screenshots belonging to both brands are important to preserve together. For detailed information and legal support, you can contact Savun Law & Consultancy.
