T&T Global Markets Scam: Template Site, Frozen Prices

T&T Global Markets is a scheme that phones Turkish investors and claims to place forex and commodity trades for them, and it holds no authorisation of any kind from the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The brand is presented to victims as "T&T Global Markets", while the website used in the brand's name presents itself under a different company title. What sets the scheme apart from the classic "fake profits on a dashboard" story is that it steers the investor into real losses on his or her own account.
This article is based on a technical review of the website used in the brand's name and on victim reports. For detailed information and legal support, you can contact Savun Law & Consultancy.
🚨 What Is T&T Global Markets?
The scheme describes itself with phrases such as "institutional-grade trading technology", "investment solutions" and "financial education". The site claims tens of thousands of clients, operations in more than twenty countries, a team of over five hundred people and a history spanning decades.
Yet the site shows no licence number, no regulator's name, no business address and no legal entity name. It uses the phrase "under the supervision of regulatory authorities", but nowhere says which authority supervises it or under which registration number. There is not a single record that can be verified.
🖥️ Website Review: The Template Was Never Filled In
This is the most concrete finding of the review. The contact details on the "Contact" and "Membership" pages are the sample (placeholder) data of the ready-made template the site was built on: the email field holds a typical sample user address instead of a real one, and the phone field holds a number made up entirely of zeros apart from the country code.
In other words, an operation that speaks of "24/7 live support" and "our expert team replies within 24 hours" has not a single working contact channel on its site. This is not a small oversight; it is a direct sign that the site does not represent a real operation.
| Claim on the Site | Finding in the Review |
|---|---|
| "24/7 live support", "reply within 24 hours" | Contact details are the template's sample data; no working line or address |
| "Under the supervision of regulatory authorities" | No licence number, authority name or registration details |
| Year of foundation | Two different founding years are given on two pages of the same site |
| Number of clients | The figure on the home page contradicts the figure in the footer |
| "Decades of institutional history" | The domain's security certificate dates from summer 2026; the site is technically very new |
| Brand name | The name presented to victims differs from the company title on the site |
📉 The "Live" Price Ticker Is Actually Frozen
At the top of every page of the site runs a price ticker labelled "LIVE": currency pairs, gold, silver, crypto and indices. The review found that this ticker has no connection with live data at all.
The values in the ticker are identical, letter for letter, on every page of the site and do not change when the page is refreshed. More striking still, the dollar/lira level displayed matches the levels of years ago, not today's market. The same applies to the "live liquidity map" and to the "real-time depth indicator", which carries a fixed time stamp.
🎰 The "Strategy Simulator" That Promises Returns
The site has a simulator that lets users pick a risk profile and then shows an "expected annual return". The profiles are labelled with fixed annual return rates that rise from conservative to aggressive, and a very high expected annual return is stated for the crypto-heavy profile. When the user enters capital and a time horizon, the simulator shows the portfolio size that would supposedly be reached.
In Türkiye, investment advisory activity requires the Board's permission, and promising a specific return or presenting it as an expected return is contrary to the regulations. A scheme with no authorisation that offers fixed return rates tied to a risk profile is simply the hook story placed on the page through a technical interface.
📞 Persistent Cold Calling and Silence After Payment
Contact is mostly made through repeated phone calls. Reports say that a single call can last half an hour and that the caller keeps coming back to persuade. Users who hesitate are steered towards opening an account with a small "trial" amount.
What follows is the opposite: the calls stop as soon as the payment is made, the person who had the account opened can no longer be reached, and a condition that no money can be withdrawn for a certain period is set on the account. The investor also never learns what became of the money that was supposedly used to open trades.
🌙 The "On-Duty Expert" Story and the Vanishing Support
In this scheme the real hook is less the promise of profit than the promise of constant expert support. The investor is told that an analyst available 24/7, a separate "on-duty expert" for night sessions and an officer who monitors positions will be assigned. It works like this:
- Getting used to it: The investor is accustomed to opening trades on the expert's guidance. At this stage the decision is in practice not the investor's; this amounts to unauthorised portfolio management.
- The critical moment: In sessions when the market moves, especially at night openings, the expert and the support line become unreachable.
- The loss: Open positions are left to run into losses with no intervention.
- Silence: Once the loss has occurred, no one in authority can be reached and requests go unanswered.
That the unreachability falls precisely in the sessions when positions turn into losses is a recurring pattern in schemes of this kind. The loss is not the result of a technical glitch but of the process itself: the assurance "we are by your side" is withdrawn at the very moment the money melts away.
💳 Pushing Investors into Debt Through Loans
This is the most serious practice in the reports. People who make contact in the name of the "expert unit" steer the investor into taking out a bank loan with the promise of high earnings. After trades that are first made to look profitable, the account is wiped out; what remains is not only the lost amount but a loan debt that has to be repaid.
This is a stage of the fraud that deliberately enlarges the loss: what is targeted is not the person's existing savings but a borrowing capacity beyond his or her ability to repay. Taking out the loan means that the harm continues for years after the process is over.
🆔 The ID Document Request and Data Risk
The membership form on the site makes it compulsory to upload a photo of the front and back of an ID card or passport when applying. The request is presented as "identity verification" with an emphasis on encryption.
Sending an ID document to an operation that has no verifiable legal entity, no address and not even a working contact channel is a risk that goes beyond losing money. Such documents can be used to open accounts in someone else's name, to apply for loans or to build new scenarios aimed directly at the victim.
⚖️ SPK Status and Unauthorised Activity
T&T Global Markets is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and has no legal entity established in Türkiye. The brand also declares no verifiable foreign regulatory licence; there is no authorisation record that could be checked. The SPK list of intermediary institutions can be used for this check.
In Türkiye, intermediation in leveraged trading, portfolio management and investment advisory activity may be carried out only by institutions that hold an SPK authorisation. When the representative of an unauthorised operation has positions opened by phone, this is unauthorised capital markets activity. Before investing, check whether a platform is authorised by the regulator in your own country (for example the FCA, ASIC or SEC).
⚠️ Prominent Warning Signs
- No SPK authorisation, yet the phrase "under supervision" is used
- Contact details left as the sample data of a ready-made template
- A price ticker labelled "live" that is frozen and out of date
- Contradictory founding year and client numbers on the same site
- The brand name given to the victim differs from the company title on the site
- Fixed "expected annual return" rates tied to a risk profile
- The trading decision lies with the "expert", not the investor
- The support line cannot be reached in critical sessions
- The investor is steered into taking out a bank loan
- A withdrawal lock period is placed on the account
- A photo of an ID document is requested at the application stage
- No business address, legal entity title or direct phone line
📌 Position on the Warning Lists and Similar Schemes
The brand appears in the warning lists circulated by Turkish forex victim groups in the same top block as Trade Global and Tribord Invest. Appearing on the same list is not in itself proof of a common operator; however, it is notable that these names stood out in the same period with the same complaint theme. We covered similar methods earlier in our reviews of Tribord Invest and EkoKapitalTR.
