🚩 How the Finance-Company Look Is Used

In schemes of this kind, a "Limited" title and a business centre address give the impression of a corporate finance company. The person is first offered financing on favourable terms or a product with returns; then an upfront payment is demanded under the name of "transaction collateral", "insurance" or "activation", and the promised product is never delivered. This conduct is treated as qualified fraud under Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code.
