N26 Global Invest – Scam Misusing the N26 Bank Name

N26 Global Invest takes its name from the German digital bank N26. It is a trading website with a Turkish-language interface that presents itself as a forex and investment institution “trusted by investors for 18 years”. The operation began to be mentioned as “N26 Global Investment” on Turkish-language forex warning channels in October 2026, and it directs payments to bank accounts and a USDT address that it displays itself.

In short: N26 Global Invest is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The real N26 Bank has no connection with this scheme; its name is being misused. Trust is built with a well-known bank name and a Berlin address, and money is collected by bank transfer or crypto. In cases of this kind, tracing the money that was sent is legally possible.

🏦 How Is the N26 Name Being Used?

The real N26 is a mobile bank headquartered in Germany; it does not offer forex or leveraged trading services in Türkiye. The site’s emphasis on a “licensed and regulated infrastructure” is backed by a link to the database of the German financial supervisory authority and a Berlin address, so that the visitor assumes they are dealing with the bank itself.

  • The investment panel works on the instruction “pay into our accounts below, then create your investment request”.
  • The payment options include bank accounts together with a USDT wallet address.
  • The promise that “our expert team manages your portfolio” is aimed at getting trades handed over to people called advisers.

🔍 Information Found on the Website

  • Domain: n26globalinvest.com, registered on 2 July 2026, which does not fit the claim of an “18-year-old institution”.
  • Telephone: +49 176 13858406 (German mobile line)
  • E-mail: [email protected]
  • Platform: a MetaTrader 5 download link and Turkish, English and German language options

Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362 defines unauthorised capital markets activity as an offence punishable by imprisonment. The status of an institution can be checked in the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions.

🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method

Forex sites that borrow the name of a well-known bank are not new. We have also looked at other examples that follow the same scheme:

🧭 The Legal Process for Victims

  1. The fact that the platform is unauthorised is documented through SPK recordsTR.
  2. Based on the accounts that received transfers and the USDT transfers, a criminal investigation process begins.
  3. Against the holders of the accounts where the money was traced, recovery routes are assessed.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is N26 Global Invest the investment arm of N26 Bank?

No. N26 Bank has no such forex company; the name is being used to take advantage of the bank’s recognition.

Do the Berlin address and the supervisory authority link on the site provide assurance?

No. Linking to another institution’s register page does not show that the site is that institution; what is valid in Türkiye is SPK authorisation, and this platform does not have it.

Can money sent in USDT also be traced?

Crypto transfers leave a trace on the blockchain; wallet addresses and exchange records can be examined in an investigation.

A caller introduced himself as an N26 representative. What does this mean?

This is part of the scheme in which the bank’s name is imitated; the real N26 does not provide investment advice in Türkiye.

I am a victim of N26 Global Invest. What should I do?
