Nexvia Markets Scam Warning: No Licence, No Domain

Nexvia Markets is a name that was posted in capital letters, among the platforms being warned about, in a Turkish-language Telegram channel used by forex victims for support and solidarity in the second week of October 2026. There is no known domain name or company registration carrying the name, which suggests that the scheme reaches investors through messaging apps and temporary panel links rather than a website.
🔎 The Trace Left by the Name Nexvia Markets
There is no registered nexviamarkets.com, .net or .io address under the name "Nexvia Markets". A real estate company in Luxembourg uses the same name "Nexvia"; it has nothing to do with an investment platform. Names built with the suffix "Markets" in this way belong to brands that leave no history when searched and can be swapped for another name within a short time.
🚩 How Do Brands of This Kind Operate?
- An "account specialist" reaches the person through a social media advertisement or a message.
- After a small first deposit, a rapidly growing balance is shown on the panel.
- When a withdrawal is requested, a new payment is demanded under the name of tax, commission or "account verification".
- If the payment is not made, the account is frozen and the representative cuts off contact.
Nexvia Markets does not appear in the list of SPK-authorised intermediary institutions. SPK Decision No. 5/173 of 03.02.2017 warns against unauthorised investment guidance through social media and messaging channels; unauthorised capital markets activity is established as an offence in Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
