Poly-Globals Scam Warning: Two Domains, FCA Warnings

The name Poly-Globals has entered the warning list of the UK financial authority, the FCA, under two different domains: first poly-globals.cc in December 2025, then poly-global.org in July 2026. Abandoning a domain that has been warned about and opening a new one with a similar name is a common rebirth method among unauthorised investment platforms.

In short: Poly-Globals and Poly-Globals Investments are not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The brand appears to change its domain each time a regulator warning arrives. Claiming back money transferred to such schemes is legally possible.

🔁 The Same Brand, Two Domains

  • poly-globals.cc — FCA warning of 10 December 2025; the site claimed to be registered with the FCA, contact [email protected].
  • poly-global.org — FCA warning of 20 July 2026; the only address given is "Chambers Road, Edinburgh", contact [email protected].

The Scottish address has no street number and no company registration. In schemes of this kind, the false claim of a British regulatory registration is the main tool for persuading the investor.

🧩 Registration and Hosting Traces

poly-global.org was registered on 2 February 2026 through GO54 Limited and connected to AsuraHosting name servers. The same hosting family has appeared in several unauthorised investment sites we reviewed earlier. As of October 2026 the domain does not respond.

⚖️ SPK Authorisation and the Legal Framework

Poly-Globals is not authorised by the SPK and does not appear on the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions. In Türkiye, unauthorised capital markets activity is defined as a crime in Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362. The only link to the Poly Group companies in China is the similarity of the name.

🔗 Platforms Sharing the Same Infrastructure

We have previously covered other sites that appeared on AsuraHosting name servers and sold investment plans.

🧭 The Process for Poly-Globals Victims

  1. By identifying which domain the payment was made through, the criminal complaint process is structured.
  2. For amounts sent through crypto, the possibility of transfer to a crypto exchangeTR is examined.
  3. The perpetrators are assessed under qualified fraudTR (Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code) committed through a website.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Are poly-globals.cc and poly-global.org the same operation?

Both use the same brand and both were listed separately by the FCA as unauthorised; whether the same operator is behind them can be shown through payment records.

Is Poly-Globals really registered with the FCA?

No. The FCA has publicly stated that the entity operating under this name is not authorised by it; there is no SPK authorisation in Türkiye either.

What happens if the site closes and reopens under a new name?

A change of domain does not erase the trail of earlier payments; bank and wallet movements can be followed independently of the new address.
