Lexon Markets Scam Warning: Forex and CFD Platform

Lexon Markets is a platform that offers forex, index, commodity and share CFD trading from a Turkish-language site, and whose name was shared in October 2026 in a Turkish forex complaint channel. The site presents itself as an established "global broker", while its domain name is only two months old.
🧾 What the Site's Source Code Shows
- Domain name: lexonmarkets.com — registered on 17 August 2026 through Ultahost, behind Cloudflare
- Client panel: lexonportal.com — registered two days later, on 19 August 2026
- Email / address: [email protected]; "26 Newbury Street, London" is shown as the office
- Other names used: "Lexon Capital Market" and "Lexon Markets Global"
- Target audience: there is a Turkish language option; the phrase "Is Lexon Markets legit" (in Turkish) has been added to the page as a keyword for search engines
The site appears to have been prepared so as to draw a user researching complaints towards its own "is it reliable" answer. There is no connection between this platform and the British pharmaceutical wholesaler Lexon UK or Lexon Insurance in Australia, which share the same name.
⚖️ Why Is an FCA Number Not Proof of a Licence?
The same "FCA Reference Number" is displayed in large type in every language version of the site; the "Verify on the FCA Register" button leads not to a specific record but to the register's home page. The same page also says that regulatory information will be published "only after official confirmation"; indeed, the "legal entity name" and "registered address" fields in the site's configuration file have been left empty. The FCA also stresses that fake schemes can use details belonging to other companies.
The only permission valid in Türkiye is SPK authorisation, and Lexon Markets does not appear in the list of SPK-authorised intermediary institutions. SPK Decision No. 8/297 of 24.02.2017 makes offering leveraged trading to investors in Türkiye subject to authorisation; schemes of this kind run through information systems are assessed under the qualified fraud provisions of Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code.

- TX3 Markets Global: a CFD broker named in solidarity groupsTR
🧭 The Process for Lexon Markets Victims
- That the platform has no SPK record at all is documented through an SPK licence checkTR.
- Through the accounts and crypto addresses where the money sent was traced, ways of obtaining a refund from an overseas platform are assessed.
- The criminal side proceeds within the framework of the criminal complaint process in forex fraud.
