Palm Wise Invest – Scam Misusing the Wise Investments Name

Palm Wise Invest is a cloning scam that collects funds from customers by imitating the legitimate company "Wise Investments Ltd". It was warned about by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in March 2026. Linked to fake domains such as "wiseinvs.com" and "wisecapitallimited.com", Palm Wise Invest deceives customers with crypto and forex investment promises and does not return the money paid in. It is a classic example of a scam that imitates a licensed company.

🔴 Licence Status and Legal Warnings

Palm Wise Invest holds no financial licence. Palm Wise Invest is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). In Türkiye, forex and crypto investment services can only be offered by institutions licensed by SPK. Palm Wise Invest claims legitimacy by imitating "Wise Investments Ltd", a company licensed by the FCA. The two are entirely separate organisations with no connection: the real Wise Investments Ltd has no connection with this scheme; its name is being misused.
