Pivlex Scam Warning: Fake Gold Forex Robot (pivlex.com)

Sold with the promise of catching gold's minute-by-minute moves through artificial intelligence, Pivlex was marketed as an "Expert Advisor", that is, an automated trading robot built for MetaTrader 4. The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published a warning about pivlex.com for unauthorised financial services on 1 July 2026; the website does not open today.
🤖 What Did Pivlex Promise?
The sales page described a robot that opens trades "at superhuman speed" with pending orders on the one-minute chart of the gold (XAUUSD) pair, removes emotional mistakes and can be used for a single payment. The page also carried a free trial version and an invitation to join an "expert team".
In schemes of this kind the robot is installed on a leveraged account; backtest charts are presented as if they were real account results, and once losses begin, new payments come up under names such as a "higher version", "set-up support" or management of the account. Fraud run with the promise of algorithmic trading softwareTR follows the same pattern.
🔍 Contradictions on the Sales Page
- The main headline presented the robot as built for the one-minute chart, while the features section stated that the same robot works on the one-hour chart.
- The "artificial intelligence" claim was not backed by an independently audited live account record.
- Contact details: [email protected] and a Dubai-coded number, +971 4 286 4699; the same number was also used on the robot sales sites Majesticea (majesticea.com) and FXgenix (fxgenix.com).
- pivlex.com was registered on 14 August 2023; its registration was updated on 26 October 2026 and appears to have been extended until 2036.
Pivlex does not appear on the SPK list of authorised institutions. In its Decision No. 5/173 of 03.02.2017 on unauthorised investment advice and guidance over the internet, SPK announced that these activities require permission.
