Grand Capital Scam Warning: Seychelles FSA Alert on Offshore Forex

The Seychelles financial authority, the FSA, has published a warning headed "fraudulent company" about Grand Capital Ltd, which accepts clients through grandcapital.net, and has stated that the company never had authority to carry out securities transactions in the country. This forex and options brand, which has been online for many years, also appears on the blacklists of several European regulators.
🚨 Which Regulators Issued Warnings About Grand Capital?
In its warning, the Seychelles FSA stated that the site presents itself as an international foreign exchange and derivatives broker but that no permission was obtained for this activity. The warnings about the brand do not stop there: CNMV in Spain, AMF in France, Consob in Italy, CMVM in Portugal and FSMA in Belgium have also counted Grand Capital among entities operating without authorisation.
Grand Capital is not authorised by SPK; its name does not appear on the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions. Offering leveraged transaction intermediation to persons resident in Türkiye is unauthorised capital markets activity under SPK Decision No. 8/297 of 24.02.2017 and Article 109 of Law No. 6362.
🔍 The Company Network and Payment Channels
It has been reported that companies established in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Seychelles, South Africa, Nigeria and Namibia stand behind the operation, while it is managed from Russia. The same group also has a binary options brand called GCOption.
- Deposits were accepted by card, local bank transfers, electronic wallets and cryptocurrency.
- Identity verification was left until after the deposit, which created room for delaying tactics through document requests at the withdrawal stage.
