Q8Trade Scam Warning: Seychelles FSA Alert, Israel-Run Forex Site

Q8Trade is a forex platform registered in the Seychelles but run by the Israeli company Q.B.O Services LTD, and it is reported to be continuing fraudulent activity in 2026. The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) has published a significant warning that the platform operates without authorisation and is unregulated. Q8Trade is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK).
🚩 How the Scheme Works
- Use of several brands: Q8Trade also operates as Q8trade.com, AxiaInvestments.com and other brands under the same operations centre. This multi-brand strategy keeps other brands operating when one is shut down.
- Account locking: After a client makes a deposit, the account is locked and withdrawal requests are refused.
- Pressure for extra deposits: To withdraw, the client is asked to deposit more under the name of a "tax" or an "operating fee".
- Aggressive cross-selling: Clients are pushed towards higher-risk investments by being told to open positions in shares, cryptocurrencies and derivative products.
- False trade status: The platform shows trades that never took place as successful.
🔍 What Is Known About Q8Trade
- Seychelles FSA warning (March 2026): The Seychelles financial regulator (FSA) formally declared in March 2026 that Q8Trade operates without authorisation or licence. This warning is still in force today (2026).
- Israeli management: The whole management of Q8Trade is carried out by Q.B.O Services LTD in Israel. The Seychelles registration is only a legal detail.
- Multi-brand strategy: Q8trade.com, AxiaInvestments.com and possibly other brands share the same operations centre and payment system.
- Client reports: At the start of 2026, clients were still reporting account locking and refused withdrawals at Q8Trade.
- Payment system manipulation: The company is said to manipulate credit card transactions and to try to block chargeback requests.
- Weight of a Seychelles registration: Financial services registration and supervision in the Seychelles are minimal. Registering there is therefore very easy and carries no credibility.
🛡️ Protection Guide
- The Seychelles FSA warning: The warning about Q8Trade can be found on the official website of the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). Since March 2026, this platform has been explicitly listed as an "unauthorised broker".
- Multi-brand platforms: A broker that has changed its name or operates under several brands is showing a sign of fraud. Q8trade.com and AxiaInvestments.com work under the same network.
- Account locking: Where an account is locked after a deposit and withdrawal requests are refused, a reversal of the transactions through the card issuer is usually sought without delay.
- Brokers registered in the Seychelles: Registration there does not mean the company is under financial supervision. Before investing, check whether a platform is authorised by the regulator in your own country (for example the FCA, ASIC or SEC).
- Requests for extra payments: A demand for a "tax" or "operating fee" before a withdrawal has no lawful basis and is a recognised sign of fraud.
- Notifying the card company: Where a deposit to Q8Trade was made by credit card and withdrawal is not possible, a chargeback process with the card issuer may be started.
Those harmed by Q8Trade or clone brands such as AxiaInvestments usually need all their transaction records and the Seychelles FSA warning document.
