Sakura Prime (Shinjuku FX) Scam: Japan-Focused Forex and CFD

Sakura Prime is a platform with a Japanese-language interface that offers forex, stock, index, commodity and crypto CFD trading and says a company called "Shinjuku FX Securities" (registered under a Japanese-script company name) stands behind it. Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA) has placed the operation on its list of unregistered business, and the Kanto Local Finance Bureau issued a warning on 28 August 2025 about the "ShinjukuFX" service under the same company name.

• Domain: sakuraprime.com, registered on 5 April 2026.
• Company name: Shinjuku FX Kabushiki Kaisha (written in Japanese characters). The address given in the official warning is a business centre in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo, and the warning notes that the name and address may not be genuine.
• Leverage: up to 1:500.

🚩 Account Tiers and the Insurance Claim

The site offers three account types, with a minimum deposit of USD 5,000 for Bronze, USD 10,000 for Silver and USD 25,000 for Gold. The upper tiers promise discounted spreads and "expert analysis", which steers the user towards depositing a larger amount. The claim of "insurance up to one million dollars" is made without naming any insurance company.
