Sterling Prime Markets Scam: Fake Broker With Investment Plans

Sterling Prime Markets presents itself at sterlingprimemarkets.com as an established brokerage offering forex, stock, commodity and crypto CFDs. Yet what the site mainly steers visitors towards is not a trading screen but investment plans promising a fixed percentage "per trade" and a return of the principal at maturity.
🚩 A Broker on the Front, an Investment Plan Inside
The home page carries corporate phrases such as copy trading, automated trading and "client funds insured"; right below them sit tiered Beginner, Standard and Business plans. As the plan tiers rise, the minimum amount rises too.
- It claims to be "Globally regulated" but gives no regulator name and no licence number.
- The "Legal & Regulation" link leads to an empty error page.
🔍 The Common Trail in the Contact Details
The domain was registered in October 2025. The contact page lists an address in New York (Great Neck), the email [email protected] and the telephone number +1 702 706 4466; well-known business centres in London, Zurich, Singapore and Tokyo are also listed as "offices". The same telephone number appears in the records of westernaitraders.com, successautotrades.com and stocksage.live, on which the FCA published warnings on the same day. The picture suggests that a single team runs several sites under different names.
In its decision No. 8/297 of 24 February 2017, the SPK announced to the public that leveraged trading accounts opened with institutions based abroad fall outside the rules that protect investors. Authorisation is checked through the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions.
🔗 Other Sites Using the Same Scheme

- How the "copy the professional" promise worksTR
🧭 How Does the Legal Process Work?
- The criminal investigation process that begins with a criminal complaint; these schemes are assessed under the qualified fraud provisions of the Turkish Penal Code.
- Tracing which accounts the money reached through an asset investigationTR.
- On the civil side, a restitution and unjust enrichment claimTR.
