Yensai Securities Scam: Unregistered Securities and FX Operator

Yensai Securities (written with Japanese characters in its original form) is a scheme that Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA) has placed on its list of entities doing financial instruments business without registration. The word "securities" in the name is used to give the impression of a genuine brokerage; however, the name does not belong to any registered brokerage in Japan.

In short: Yensai Securities is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); the regulator of its own home country has announced it as an unregistered operator. Schemes of this kind collect money by promising to act as an intermediary for share or FX trading. Claiming the money back is legally possible.

🚩 How Do Fake "Securities" Schemes Work?

In schemes of this kind, contact with the user is usually made through messaging apps or investment chat groups. A trading app with a corporate-sounding name is installed; a small profit withdrawal is allowed at first, then the investment amount is increased. When a large withdrawal is requested, the account is locked on the grounds of an "audit" or a "tax payment". The fact that the warning names no domain suggests that the scheme changes its address frequently.

⚖️ SPK Authorisation and the Legal Position

Yensai Securities does not appear on the list of SPK-authorised brokerage firms. Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362 makes carrying out capital markets activity without permission a criminal offence punishable by imprisonment.
