AEA Growth (aeagrowth.ltd) Scam: Offer Without a Prospectus

AEA Growth, operating at aeagrowth.ltd, was the subject of a precautionary measure by CONSOB, Italy's capital markets authority, in September 2026 on the ground that it offered a financial investment product to the public without publishing a prospectus. The name used is identical to that of the growth investments unit of AEA Investors, a US-based private equity firm.

🚩 How Is the Name of a Well-Known Fund Being Used?

The real AEA Growth is the unit of New York-based AEA Investors that provides growth capital to companies; it works with institutional investors and uses the domain aeainvestors.com. It has no legal entity in Türkiye, and no connection with aeagrowth.ltd has been identified; the real AEA Growth has no connection with this scheme, and its name is being misused. In schemes of this kind, a known fund name is used to sell "early entry into a private equity fund" or a fixed-return growth plan. On sites opened under the name of a real institution, the investor is told that shares are being sold, but those shares have no counterpart in any official registry.
