Some of the platforms that appear under the names "Straits Futures" or "StraitsFX" are cloned operations that exploit this recognition and collect money with the promise of forex/CFD trading.

PT Straits Futures Indonesia is a real institution operating under the futures regulator in Indonesia; it has no legal entity in Türkiye, and its foreign licence is not valid for investment services in Türkiye. The real group has no connection with these clone schemes; its name is being misused, and the group itself has issued a public warning against social media groups using its name.
