ARK-TRUST is an operation that claims to offer investment services through the domain ark-trust.org and that the UK financial authority, the FCA, added to its list of unauthorised firms on 20 July 2026. The platform presents itself as a trust company with a Chicago address.

In short: ARK-TRUST is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The domain is only a few months old, and anyone trying to open the site today meets a "deceptive site" warning. Claiming back money sent to such platforms is legally possible.

Domain name: ark-trust.org was registered on 6 April 2026 through Cosmotown; it sits behind Cloudflare infrastructure.
Address shown: 35 West Wacker Drive, Chicago — a well-known office tower in the city; no company registration or licence information is provided.

Access: As of October 2026 the site sits behind Cloudflare's "suspected deceptive site" warning page.

⚠️ Not to Be Confused with ARK Invest

The name "ARK" recalls ARK Invest, the well-known fund manager in the United States; ARK-TRUST has no connection with that company. Choosing a name close to a known brand is a common way of quickly winning an investor's trust.

🚩 How Is Money Taken in Schemes of This Kind?

An "adviser" met on social media or a messaging app has the person register on the platform.
After a small first deposit, a quickly growing balance is shown on the dashboard.
When a withdrawal is requested, a new payment is demanded under the name of tax, verification or "account upgrade".

This operation is not authorised by SPK; its name does not appear in the SPK list of authorised brokerage firms. Unauthorised capital markets activity is sanctioned by Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
