Cginvest Scam Warning: 1:1000 Leverage Forex and CFD Accounts

Up to 1:1000 leverage with a small entry deposit: this is the essence of the offer Cginvest makes to Turkish investors. The brand, formerly called CGFX, opens MetaTrader 5 accounts at cginvest.com and declares a chain of companies and licences stretching across Mauritius, the United Arab Emirates and St. Vincent. Its name entered our investment warning records in 2026.

In short: Cginvest is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). The foreign licences it declares are not valid for investment services in Türkiye. Legal avenues exist for claiming back money sent to high-leverage accounts of this kind.

No. Authorisations originating in Mauritius or the United Arab Emirates are not valid for investment services in Türkiye; in Türkiye this service can be offered only with SPK authorisation.

At ratios such as 1:1000, even a small price move can erase the entire margin; the legal validity of these terms, offered by an unauthorised institution, is examined separately.
