Linking accounts opened from Türkiye to these offshore entities weakens the investor's position in a dispute.

• Tradomart SV Ltd.: an international business company (IBC) established in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in 2015.
• Belize entity: a company established in 2019 that shows a licence number from the Belize financial services authority.
• Tradomart Ltd: the brand is known to be offered to clients in Europe through this Cyprus-based company.
• Domain: forexmart.com was registered in November 2007 and the site is operational.

🚩 Where Is the Problem for a Turkish Investor?

In multi-company brands of this kind, accounts coming from Türkiye are usually opened with the most lightly supervised entity; bonus conditions, trading volume requirements and withdrawal requests held back for "verification" are at the centre of the complaints. ForexMart does not appear on the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions; unauthorised capital markets activity in Türkiye is defined as a crime under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
