Traders Home Scam Warning: AMF Blacklisted Forex Site

The French markets authority AMF added the company name Tradershome Ltd and the address www.tradershome.com to its forex blacklist on 6 May 2019. The reason was clear: the company was offering financial services in France that require authorisation, without having it. With this entry, the Traders Home brand is among the schemes that run unauthorised forex intermediation.
🔍 The AMF Entry and the Domain
The domain tradershome.com was registered on 22 October 2012 through NameSilo and expires on 22 October 2026. Today the site is no more than an empty page titled "traders home page"; visitors are offered only a "Contact us" form. No trading platform, company address or licence number is shown.
🚩 How Do Schemes Like This Work?
The pattern is similar across blacklisted forex brands: after a first small deposit, profit is shown on the account, an "account manager" asks for a larger amount, and a withdrawal request brings new payments such as a tax, commission or verification fee. A site that turns into an empty form is the typical picture of the stage at which communication has become one-sided.
🔗 Other Platforms on Blacklists
We have also reviewed other forex brands that entered the warning list of the AMF or a similar regulator:
- Rose Capital: a forex domain put on the AMF blacklistTR
- UniversalTrade: an unlicensed leveraged platform with a Swiss imageTR
- VEX PRO: a platform warned about by several authoritiesTR
- Rising FX: a Saint Vincent-registered forex site on the AMF blacklistTR
🧭 Legal Steps for Victims
Such schemes are treated as qualified fraud committed through computer systems under Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code. The process begins with the path a forex victim follows and continues with the SPK reviewTR and seizure and confiscationTR stages.
