DNA Markets Scam Warning: Offshore Forex and CFD Accounts

The broker model that puts an Australian licence in the shop window while linking accounts opened from Türkiye to a company in another country also appears in the case of DNA Markets. The brand, which launched in 2020, opens forex and CFD accounts through dnamarkets.com, and its website today redirects straight to the client portal.
🔍 A Two-Company Scheme: Which One Holds Your Account?
- Australian entity: a company stated to hold an ASIC licence; this licence is not valid for investment services in Türkiye.
- Offshore entity: Focus Markets LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; clients from outside Australia are reported to be accepted through this company.
- Domain: dnamarkets.com was registered in July 2013 and last updated in June 2026.
DNA Markets does not appear on the SPK list of authorised brokerage firms. Under SPK Decision No. 8/297 of 24 February 2017, offering leveraged trading from abroad to persons resident in Türkiye is unauthorised activity.
🚩 Key Risks of an Offshore Account
In two-company structures of this kind, investors often do not realise which entity they signed the contract with, and the protection mechanisms in Australia do not apply to an offshore account. High leverage, trade steering by an account representative, and withdrawal requests held back on the ground of missing documents are common headings of complaint in disputes.
🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Model
We have previously examined other brands that display a foreign licence while opening accounts with an offshore company.

🧭 The Legal Process
- For the amount sent to the overseas company, the routes for a refund are examined.
- For the accounts to which the money was transferred, an asset searchTR is carried out.
- If the conditions are met, a precautionary attachment (freezing order)TR may be requested.
