IPO Horizon Scam Warning: Cloned IPO Offers and Fund Recovery Trap

The promise of joining IPOs "before everyone else and at the best entry price" is the first hook IPO Horizon uses to catch investors. The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) added ipohorizon.com to its clone warning list on 01.10.2026, on the grounds that it imitates the identity of an authorised firm. The site's second face is selling "fund recovery" services to victims of other scams.
🎣 The IPO Package and the Fund Recovery Hook
Under the name "IPO Access Package", the site promises early, privileged access to IPOs and ICOs, and also offers crypto and forex services. Selling capital markets instruments without an approved prospectus, and unauthorised capital markets activity, carry a prison sentence under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362.
The "Fund Recovery Services" page offers a free consultation, a "Direct Legal Recovery" programme and a "Client Partnership Recovery Program". In the second programme, the victim makes a new investment on the site's direction while the recovery process is said to be continuing, and the legal costs are said to be covered by "new profit"; this is collecting money a second time under the cover of recovery.
🪪 Borrowed Identity, Invented Team, Contact Details
