Lambstone Holding Scam: Cloned Irish Company Identity

Lambstone Holding Limited is a scheme that claims to offer investment and crypto services by copying the name, address and company registration number of a real company registered in Ireland. In warning records the name appears sometimes as "Lambstone" and sometimes as "Lambestone"; this spelling variation is a deliberate choice so that a search brings up the records of the real company.

In short: Lambstone Holding Limited is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); regulators in both the United Kingdom and Ireland have flagged this name as a clone company. The method is to gain trust by taking on the identity of a company whose registry entry is genuine. Claiming the money back in cases of this kind is legally possible.

🎭 How Is the Clone Company Scheme Built?

When an investor researches the company, they come across a record that genuinely exists in the Irish registry and take it as reassurance. However, the Central Bank of Ireland has stated that there is no connection whatsoever between the real company and this scheme. We explained the general workings of this scheme in detail in our article on how clone sites of brokerage firms and companies are built.
