Marbrisse Scam Warning: Unlicensed Investment Platform

Marbrisse appeared as a platform offering financial services to investors in Italy through marbrisse.com, a domain registered in March 2026. CONSOB, Italy's capital markets authority, blocked access to the site and its linked trading pages for unauthorised activity; on 29 October 2026 the warning was also added to the international warning network.

In short: Marbrisse is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and has also been the subject of an access block in Europe. On platforms of this kind, money is drawn into a trading dashboard and then locked at the withdrawal stage. A legal process can be run for the loss.

🚩 How Do Platforms of This Kind Work?

On short-lived sites like Marbrisse, the flow usually follows the same steps:

  • An "account manager" calls the phone number left through an advertisement or a form.
  • On an account opened with a small starting amount, profit is shown within a short time.
  • A new deposit is requested for a larger package; when a withdrawal is requested, a fee, tax or verification excuse appears.

The team that makes the calls and follows up works through the structure of a fake investment call centre operationTR.

🔍 Official Records on Marbrisse

The domain was registered on 4 March 2026 and is hosted behind an infrastructure that hides identity details. Marbrisse is not authorised by the SPK; this can be checked on the list of SPK-authorised intermediary institutions. The SPK decision No. 8/297 of 24 February 2017 also treats acting as an intermediary for leveraged transactions with unauthorised entities based abroad as unauthorised activity.

🧭 The Legal Process for Victims

  1. For money sent to an operation abroad, the ways of getting the money back are assessed.
  2. The act is classified under the provisions on qualified fraudTR.
  3. For amounts sent by international transfer, a SWIFT recall process may come into play.

In which country is Marbrisse established?

The site offers no verifiable company record, and the identity of the domain owner is hidden.
