Maxluxury Marketing Scam: Fake CySEC-Licensed CFD Broker

Maxluxury Marketing, despite having "marketing" in its name, presents itself as a "globally regulated" broker offering forex, crypto, stock and commodity CFDs, plus copy trading and automated trading. Because the site's language menu includes Turkish, it is open to Turkish investors too; behind it, however, stands a network of phone numbers and addresses that we have seen before under different names.

In short: Maxluxury Marketing is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK); the FCA added the firm to its list of unauthorised firms on 23 October 2026. The CySEC and Seychelles licence claim on the site is used as a trust-building tool, together with the copy trading and account manager promise. Claiming back money sent to platforms of this kind is legally possible.

📜 What Do the Licences on the Site Mean?

The "Legal & Regulation" page gives two separate company identities in the same paragraph: a company registered in the Seychelles and licensed by the Seychelles FSA, and a Cypriot investment firm licensed by CySEC (under number HE 19818009). A genuine intermediary gives a licence number that matches the regulator's register and belongs to one single legal entity; putting the licences of two countries under the same company name is a typical sign that the text was copied from another site. Even if the foreign licence were real, it would not be enough for providing investment services in Türkiye; the only yardstick is the SPK list of authorised institutions, and Maxluxury Marketing is not on it.

The copy trading and "more than 100 account managers" promise is the entry point to a social trading schemeTR in which the investor does not manage the money but leaves it to the decisions of an "expert". Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362 makes it a crime to carry out capital markets activity without permission.

🔍 A Network of Brands Run from the Same Number

  • Phone: 702-706-4466. We have previously found this number on many sites opened under different brand names.
  • Addresses: 69 Sea Road, Lambs Green RH12 7TZ; the "offices" list also shows 11 Grace Avenue STE 108, Great Neck (New York) and 1 Canada Square, London. Both were used on earlier sites of the same network.
  • E-mail: [email protected]
  • Domain: maxluxurymarketing.com, registered on 12 June 2026, which does not fit the claim of "more than 40 international awards".

🔗 Other Platforms Using the Same Method

The platforms below were opened with the same phone number and address pattern, with only the brand name changed:

🧭 The Legal Process for Victims

  1. The way the payment was made (card, bank transfer, crypto) is established; for transfers sent abroad, the option of a SWIFT recall depends on timing.
  2. A criminal complaint is strengthened by presenting the brands and numbers belonging to the same network together.
  3. An asset investigationTR is requested for the accounts that received the money.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Is Maxluxury Marketing a marketing company or a broker?

The site presents itself as a CFD broker; the word "Marketing" reflects the look of an ordinary company name, not a real activity. Under whatever name, it holds no SPK permission.

A CySEC number is given. Can it still be fake?

Yes. What matters is not that a number exists but whether it matches this company name and domain in the CySEC register; the site puts the licences of two different countries under the same company name.

The number 702-706-4466 called me under another company name. Is it connected?

This number appears on many sites opened under different brand names besides Maxluxury Marketing; even when the brand changes, the scheme behind it may be the same.

What does a Turkish language option on the site show?

It shows that the platform is ready to accept investors from Türkiye; however, it does not hold the SPK authorisation needed to operate in Türkiye.
