Meritbrace Equity / Valorstead Scam: Two Brands, One Domain

Two separate brands, one meaningless domain name: the names Meritbrace Equity and Valorstead were used together on the address cazkadelufepm.pro. Australia's market regulator ASIC added this operation to its warning records on 27 October 2026, and the record was published on IOSCO's international warning network.

🎭 What Does Two Brands at One Address Mean?

In schemes of this kind, when a brand enters a warning list, the same dashboard is reopened under a new name; the investor is told that "the company has merged" or that "your account has been moved to the new platform". The word "Equity" is chosen to create the impression of share and fund management. While the balance grows on the dashboard, a withdrawal request is tied to new payments such as tax, activation or transfer fees.

The operation has no permission to provide investment services in Türkiye; this can be seen from the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions. Unauthorised capital markets activity is penalised under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362, and fraud committed through information systems under Article 158/1-f of the Turkish Penal Code.
