Gemini Trading Limited Scam Warning: FCA Unauthorised List

The site geminitradinglimited.org offers investment accounts under the name "Gemini Trading Limited", a name that recalls a well-known crypto exchange. The FCA added this domain to its list of firms offering financial services without authorisation on 24 July 2026.

In short: Gemini Trading Limited is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). In this scheme, a familiar brand name is used to build trust, and legal routes exist for claiming the transferred money back.

🔍 Findings About geminitradinglimited.org

  • The FCA entry lists a UK number as the contact line: +44 7587 387362.
  • The email address is reported as [email protected].
  • The domain was registered through Dynadot on 5 December 2024; the site was later closed to visitors.

In schemes of this kind, the investor is reached by phone, profits are shown on the dashboard, and new payments are demanded at the withdrawal stage. Unauthorised capital markets activity is a criminal offence under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362; institutions can be checked through the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions.

⚖️ Is It Connected to the Real Gemini Exchange?

No connection has been found between the US-based Gemini crypto exchange and this site; the real Gemini has no connection with this scheme, and its name is being misused to gain trust. The "Limited" suffix and the .org extension do not match the real institution's domain either.

We have covered other unauthorised, corporate-looking operations with a "Trading Limited" name before.
