quorumcapitalltd.com Scam: FCA-Listed Clone Site

Quorumcapitalltd.com is a site that copies the name, founding year and authorisation details of a portfolio management company that genuinely operates in the United Kingdom, and places short-term crypto return packages underneath them. The visitor sees the shop front of an established company, while in fact being invited to pay into a plan of "percentage profits" lasting a few days.

In short: The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) listed quorumcapitalltd.com as a "clone firm" in October 2026. The site is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and has no connection with the real Quorum Capital Limited. In cases of this kind, recovery of the money is legally possible.

🪞 The Difference Between the Real Quorum Capital and the Clone

Quorum Capital Limited is a model portfolio manager based in Richmond, authorised by the FCA and working only through financial advisers; its official address is quorumcapital.co.uk. This company does not sell crypto packages directly and does not collect money from individuals. The FCA's warning also states clearly that the real firm has no connection with the clone site.

The clone domain, by contrast, was registered on 2 September 2026 through the German registrar INWX and pointed to the name servers of a Moldova-based hosting provider. The real company's FCA authorisation number and compensation-protection wording were copied onto the site word for word.

🚩 The Crypto Packages Offered on the Site

In the middle of a page describing "ISAs and pension accounts", tiered investment plans suddenly appear:

  • Packages named Crypto Start, Classic, Business and VIP; the larger the amount, the higher the daily return rate.
  • A promise that profit will be completed within a few days and that withdrawal will be "instant".
  • A referral commission for bringing a friend; in other words, a chain of new money.
  • Redirection to crypto through the statement that payments are made to a registered "wallet address".

A portfolio manager cannot commit to a fixed daily return. Unauthorised operations of this kind are assessed under Article 109 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362, which regulates unauthorised capital markets activity. Authorised institutions can be checked in the SPK list of brokerage firms.
