Reclaim Experts Scam: Fake Recovery Site, Cloned UK Firm

If people who lose money on an investment platform are approached by a new contact promising to get the loss back, the whole picture deserves suspicion from the start. reclaim-experts.com is a scheme built on exactly this ground: its target is not new investors but people who have already been defrauded.
🎣 A Model That Targets the Victim a Second Time
The site presents itself as an organisation offering lost fund tracing and recovery services. The story it tells is this: the lost amount will be located by an "expert team", pursued with the relevant institutions and returned to the victim. In practice this promise is kept going through new payment demands under names such as case opening fee, processing cost or "fund release".
The infrastructure of the scheme is built for this story. The site has a member panel, a wallet screen, a withdrawal request form and an ID document upload area. In other words, not only money but also identity and address documents are collected from the victim. Where these documents go and how they are used cannot be checked in any way.
🔍 Identities Published on the Site
The platform publishes a team list with titles such as "recovery expert" and "investigation officer". The names and corporate email addresses that contact victims are as follows:
- Ryan Morgan: [email protected]
- Dylan Carter: [email protected] ("high-risk recovery expert")
- Andrew Ross: [email protected]
- Olivia Novak: [email protected]
- Thomas Vercetti: [email protected]
- Mark Davis: [email protected] ("investigation officer")
Calls are made from the number +44 28 4068 0327. These names and contact channels are listed here so that people presenting themselves under these titles can be identified.
🧾 A Borrowed Identity
The most striking feature of the site is the Leicester address it publishes in its "contact" section. This address belongs to a company that is genuinely authorised in the United Kingdom and carries the same brand; that company has no connection with this site. In other words, the "corporate headquarters" the victim sees was produced by copying another company's real data. The UK financial regulator has also marked this address as a clone firm.
The domain was registered, using a privacy service, only a few months before the clone warning was published. This date does not fit the claim of a long-established history in the corporate story.
🇹🇷 The Position in Türkiye
This scheme is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and has no authority to provide investment services in Türkiye. The use of a foreign regulator's name or address does not provide the permission required to operate in Türkiye. Authorised intermediary institutions can be checked in the SPK list of authorised institutions.
