WealthsChain Scam Warning: Unlicensed Forex and Crypto Platform

WealthsChain is a scam operation that collects funds from customers under the name of crypto and forex investment. It was warned about by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in March 2026. Attracting customers with the claim that it offers PAMM/MAM account services, WealthsChain uses common scam tactics such as blocking withdrawals, not returning deposited funds and promising fake investment returns.

🚨 Licence Status and Legal Warnings

WealthsChain does not hold any financial licence. In Türkiye, forex and crypto investment services can only be offered by institutions licensed by the Capital Markets Board (SPK). WealthsChain is not authorised in Türkiye by the Capital Markets Board (SPK).

List of intermediary institutions licensed by the SPK: https://spk.gov.tr/faaliyet-izinleri/araci-kurumlar

WealthsChain is not recorded as any intermediary institution on this list. Its contact details and address are shown below:

Type of information Details
Company name WealthsChain
Field Crypto and forex investment (unlicensed)
Country United Kingdom (claimed, but no verified address)

Stated address Cardiff, UK, CF24 3DG (probably fake)
FCA warning date March 2026

⚠ How the Scam Works

WealthsChain persuades customers to invest under the name of crypto investment and forex services. A typical scam process includes the following steps:

  • A solid-looking website: A professionally designed site gives customers an unjustified sense of trust.
  • Promise of PAMM/MAM accounts: It takes customers' money with the claim that it offers "accounts managed by professional portfolio managers".
  • Fake return claims: By promising irregular and high investment returns, it encourages customers to deposit more money.
  • Withdrawal obstacles: When customers want to withdraw money, it blocks the transaction with various excuses (tax, transaction fee, "verification" and so on).
  • Loss of contact: When the customer starts to become suspicious, the support team stops replying.

🔍 Ways to Detect It

There are several ways to recognise WealthsChain and similar fake intermediary institutions:

  • SPK check: The list of institutions licensed by the SPK shows whether a platform holds a licence.
  • FCA warning lists: For companies based in the United Kingdom, it is worth confirming whether they appear on the FCA warning list.
  • Address verification: Whether WealthsChain's Cardiff address is a real office can be researched independently.
  • Social media activity: Presence on LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter can be examined (fake accounts usually have few followers and little activity).
  • Withdrawal conditions: Excessive conditions for withdrawals (a high minimum amount, document requests and so on) are a sign of scammers.

✅ Protection and Precautions

Protection from fake forex and crypto intermediaries like WealthsChain usually rests on the following points:

  • Working only with licensed institutions: In Türkiye, these are institutions that have obtained a licence from the SPK, as shown in the list of intermediary institutions licensed by the SPK.
  • Doubt about promises of high returns: 100% mutual profit, fixed high returns or "assured" earnings are signs of fraud.
  • Independent verification of information: A company's phone number and address can be checked against official sources (trade registry, tax offices).
  • Attention to payment methods: Requests for money through a crypto wallet, remittance or bank transfer are a reason for distrust. Reputable institutions use secure payment methods.
  • Communication records: All emails, chats and documents are normally kept.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I deposited money with WealthsChain. What happens next?

Further payments are generally not part of any recovery process, and all transaction records are normally preserved. For detailed information and legal support, you can contact Savun Law & Consultancy.

If I write to the WealthsChain email address, will I get my money back?

Direct contact with WealthsChain generally does not help in getting money back. In most cases scammers stop replying or ask for additional payments. For detailed information and legal support, you can contact Savun Law & Consultancy.

Which institutions are licensed by the SPK?

All forex and crypto intermediary institutions licensed by the SPK are listed at https://spk.gov.tr/faaliyet-izinleri/araci-kurumlar. WealthsChain is not on this list.

Are PAMM/MAM accounts safe?

PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module) and MAM (Multi-Account Manager) accounts should be provided by licensed and regulated intermediary institutions. Because WealthsChain is unlicensed, its claimed "professional management" was only a scam promise.
