Apex Asset Growth puts Bitcoin mining, forex, agriculture, oil and gas, and retirement plans on the same menu and collects investors with the promise of "regular returns every day". The FCA added apexasset-growth.com to its list of unauthorised firms on 28 October 2026.

🚩 The Plan System Behind the Mining Story

The site says its earnings come from ASIC mining devices and from crypto trading across many exchanges. The user chooses a plan and pays, and a balance that grows every day is shown on the dashboard. In schemes of this kind, when a withdrawal is requested, an extra payment is demanded under the name of commission, tax or "account upgrade".

🔍 Traces That Stand Out on the Site

The platform is not authorised by SPK; this can be checked through the SPK list of authorised intermediary institutions. SPK Decision No. 8/297 of 24 February 2017 describes finding investors for overseas leveraged transactions as unauthorised activity.
