With a name that suggests a cloudless sky and a risk-free investment setting, CLEAR SKY CAPITAL was placed on the warning record of the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on 27 October 2026 for offering investment services without authorisation at clearsky-edge.org. The warning was also shared with regulators in other countries through the IOSCO network.

🚩 How Do Platforms of This Kind Operate?

In schemes that gain a corporate look with the word "Capital", the investor is assigned a personal account manager and quick profit is described through forex, commodity or crypto trading. After the first payment the balance on the panel is inflated, and further investment is requested for a higher "account level"; when the time for withdrawal comes, a new payment condition appears under the name of tax or collateral.
