The platform first said it was registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, then began to name the Marshall Islands as the responsible country; neither country licenses forex brokerage.

🚩 What Depositing with Crypto Means
The model of having the customer buy crypto by card and send it straight to the platform’s wallet is preferred because it weakens the chargeback / dispute options with the bank. Forex money being moved to a crypto exchangeTR is the trace most often found in these cases.
